This is my studio in disarray in downtown Virginia. This was taken after a flurry of paintings and framing were just being shipped out to a one-man show in the Lord Fairfax College system in October and November. I usually like to have a small surface for my paint, but it looks like there isn't much space to set it down. Notice my old-school downcast projector. I use it quite a bit to transfer my little sketches to canvas or panel. I wouldn't have an opened studio tour with the place looking like this, but folks always seem to drop in when it's at its worst.
